Why Use Digital Cameras?
Digital cameras provide superior quality
pictures and in greater quantity. Read the
top ten reason why to go digital, not

How do I get prints of my pictures?
We will send you a CD with all your pictures
on, free of charge. You can use these to
print at home or via any printing service.
Alternatively, you and your guests can log
on to your area online and request prints
via our exclusive service.
How does shipping work?
The cameras will be sent to any address
ahead of the event via Royal Mail. In
the pack is a pre-addressed return envelope that you can
use to send the package back, via Royal
Mail. We pay for the shipping to you
as part of your package. Return
shipping will be paid by you at the post
office when you return the package.
What happens if a camera is lost or broken?
Often the greatest concern, however
experience has shown that people look after
digital cameras and loss and damage is an
unusual event. However as accidents do
happen, you can purchase damage/reasonable
loss insurance insurance to cover accidental
breakage or the cameras getting lost at the
event. Full terms and conditions will be
provided prior to a rental agreement. In the
event that you are not covered by the
insurance we charge £50 per camera and £10
per memory card. Read

What is included in the package?
Our package is exclusively designed for
events. Cameras come labelled with
instructions and the package contains
everything you need for your event to be a
success. After the wedding you will be sent
all your pictures.
What is the battery life of the cameras?
We use
state-of-the-art Energizer 2500 mAh
batteries. These are designed to work
with digital cameras and last up to 4 times
longer than standard batteries. We
also optimise the settings of all the
cameras for the best possible power
management. So
far we've not had any cameras run out of
power while being used - even for whole day
events!
How do I pay?
We charge fifty percent when the order is
placed and the remainder is due four weeks
before the event with a £100 deposit. Payment can be made by cheque, PayPal and
bank transfer.
Tell me about the cameras?
All our cameras are provided by Kodak and
come from the simple to use point and shoot
series. We use 3.2 megapixel cameras for
amazing prints of 11 x 14 in (28 x 36 cm).
They have 5x continuous digital zoom and a
bright 1.5 in digital LCD screen for
previewing pictures. The cameras are event
ready to go - right out of the box. This
includes auto flash and power management to
make sure the cameras are good during any

Why not just use the cameras our friends
bring?
Before starting the company I thought
exactly the same thing. In hindsight it is
difficult to get the pictures, people use
them less thinking that the official
photographer will capture all the pictures
and there are no guarantees. Our package
leads to great photos, we have experience of
that happening time and time again.
